10:30-11:30am - Parent & Baby Yoga - Theatricool Studio, Belle Vue Road, Colchester

Wednesdays

6-7pm - Prenatal Yoga - Theatricool Studio, Belle Vue Road, Colchester

(Classes start from 26 February - TBC)

Thursdays

6-7pm - Evening Vinyasa Yoga - Royal British Legion Hall (Upstairs), West Mersea

Summer: Beach Yoga on Mersea Island

I also occasionally cover yoga classes at the MICA Centre in Mersea, Atlantis Gym in Tiptree, and FitnessStudioPeldon.

If none of the above class times work for you, please do get in touch to let me know your preferred days/times for classes - I’ll then let you know if I have enough interest to set up additional weekly classes in the future. I also offer private 1:1 and group yoga classes.

Pricing:

Prices vary depending on the class you choose and whether you are booking a block of classes or paying as you go. All information regarding pricing can be found on my booking website. Get in touch if you have any questions regarding booking!
